About the author
My name is Benjamin Chait. I am a Boulder native recently graduated from the University of Colorado with a B.A. in English and a minor in mathematics. I carry a Nalgene water bottle with me everywhere. I love tea. I am a quasi-vegetarian (chicken and fish are fine, but not red meat or pork). I do not have an accent. I love to sit outside and read, write, or go on hikes. Snow is my favorite weather! I have skied since age two. I love learning and exploring. I am an aspiring photographer—perhaps one day I will work for National Geographic?—and hope to one day become a teacher. In the meantime, I'm a Creative at the Apple Store, Twenty Ninth Street. I have also worked for the City of Boulder Open Space & Mountain Parks, Colorado Democrats, New Voters Project, Hilltop Public Solutions and more. It is a fact that snow is the greatest weather. I graduated from Boulder High School in 2005, and I still bleed purple and gold. I know that I will help to change the world. I live each day to its fullest.
